Extremely poor customer service. Braman Honda service department attempts to make it seem like they care about the customer but in reality they don't. All they care about is upsell a Braman Honda service department attempts to make it seem like they care about the customer but in reality they don't. All they care about is upsell and adding maintenance services that are not needed. They will claim "required" and they now have installed a feature that "checks alignment" as you drive thru the and does an "on the spot alignment check" which is not true. That is a quick check and by no means a true check of the alignment. But they will claim the car needs alignment and show you a screenshot of what that machine produced and claim you will damage and wear your tires out uneven, etc, which all it really is is a way for the dealer service department to make more profit by upselling alignment services. Good luck if you go with an air conditioner problem. At a minimum you will get an estimate for a compressor in additional to other possibly unneeded services. Go for a simple oil change and tire rotation and they will charge you for the addition of additives to the oil without telling you they are adding those services. That is why the price of an oil change is so expensive, they charge for additives without telling you they are adding that to your bill. Do your research and make your own decisions, just be careful with what the service advisor says and triple check the details of your bill. All they care about is making money on services that are possibly not needed for your vehicle. Braman Honda service used to be a good, honest place to take your vehicle, yes you were paying dealer prices, but the people actually cared about servicing your vehicle correctly and with integrity. Nowadays it's like any other dealer that just wants your money. More
