Hi Mr. Lionel. In response to your post, your vehicle was dropped off on 9/14/2022 379134, with concerns of all the lights on the dashboard and your turn signal and dome light not working after your vehicle was jump started and the was battery replaced. The vehicle was inspected on 09/15/2022 in the morning. It was diagnosed, and Codes were temporarily cleared, except for the TPMS sensor that resets, and a quote was given for repairs. What was not mentioned in your post was your wife's erratic behavior in our service drive and yelling that your child had an emergency and you needed to get to the hospital right away (apparently that is also not accurate as per your post) and for us to return your vehicle to her right away so she can go to the hospital. You also failed to mention your wife's use of expletive and foul language aimed at our employees inside the dealer. You did call our dealership at 3:00 pm on Thursday and spoke to our Service Manager. During this conversation, you became hostile and began cursing and using several expletives and threats. At this point, you were advised to never return to our dealer and that the police would be called if either one of you were to return.
