After reviewing your visit, we found that your vehicle arrived at our dealership at 11:07 AM and was completed at 12:26 PM. During the service, our technicians identified that your vehicle required a battery replacement, which was covered under warranty. While the additional repair did extend the original completion estimate, we agree that you should have been proactively updated regarding the change in status and provided with a revised estimated completion time. We apologize for the lack of communication and understand how frustrating it can be to wait without receiving updates. We will be addressing this matter with our Service Advisor and providing additional coaching to ensure better communication with our customers throughout the service process.
