The service manager, Oscar, was very rude and dismissive. This was my third time back for a service issue. They first told me it was a battery so I spent $400 on a new battery. It was a valve that needed changing. I asked for a discount on the new part since I wasted $400 on a new battery. He told me he could only give me $100 off. I spent almost $2,000 in total over the three visits and all you can give me is a 5% discount. I won't be back. More
