We understand that you have expressed concerns regarding your experiences with our dealership, as well as with other businesses. While we respect your right to share your opinions, we do not agree with the characterization of the events that occurred during your visit. Unfortunately, during your interaction with our staff, your behavior toward our employees and fellow customers was disruptive and included comments that we considered inappropriate and disrespectful. As a result, we made the decision to refuse further service, which is a right we reserve when interactions become abusive or hostile. We take all customer feedback seriously and continuously work to improve our operations. At the same time, we have an obligation to provide a safe and respectful environment for our employees and customers, and we will always support our team when they are subjected to unacceptable treatment.
