My experience with service rep Angel Pla was a very positive one. Angel took the time to explain my vehicle's service needs and understood that I was limited to taking care of the more essential ones positive one. My wait time was longer than I expected considering I arrived on time with an appointment. At the end the valet walked all the way to the service bay in search of my keys and did not realize that his co-worker had already parked my car in the service exit area. The valets should probably coordinate better among themselves. Overall though thank you Braman Honda for a good experience. More
