The last three service appointments for my Santa Fe have been very disappointing. Work that was scheduled to be done was forgotten so additional appointments had to be scheduled, discount coupons were not a been very disappointing. Work that was scheduled to be done was forgotten so additional appointments had to be scheduled, discount coupons were not applied to the repair/service costs, issues were misdiagnosed and the costly repairs that were completed did not resolve the problems. When I brought the vehicle back and they correctly diagnosed the issue they did not offer a discount for the inconvenience. I declined the repair and took it to a private repair shop who correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for half the cost. More
Have never had a negative experience here, over five years. Work is completed on time, or if there is problem found, I receive a call right away to provide details. We were very happy with the work that was done. However, when we dropped the car off, they asked if we wanted it washed. We said yes. But when we picked it up, it was not washed.
