I had the absolute worst experience here! ! I had to deal with 3 different people before getting a straight answer about my problem and even then the info I got was vague. Alex’s communication ! I had to deal with 3 different people before getting a straight answer about my problem and even then the info I got was vague. Alex’s communication was awful. I had to harass him to get any answers. He wasn’t forthcoming that the oil burning was a known problem and Hyundai had a whole campaign for it. Trying to get answers I called the manager who never called me back either. Then they handed me off to someone else who had no idea I was in the middle of an oil consumption process and her boss just wanted to get me in to close out the recall issue. It was a 6 month ordeal of xxxx. I tell everyone I can to not go here because their customer service is atrocious. More
Any attempt to communicate with their service department requires you to select an advisor from a phone tree. There's no way to know whom to speak with. Select one. Minimal interaction. Pointed me to the counter to pick up my key fob was asked to sign and no one went over “all ok or you n so many miles you’ll have to look at xyz”. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. However at my last checkup (oil change and tire rotation), I had dirty finger prints all over my console and light grey seats. Not very happy. Also impossible to call the dealership to schedule anything anymore, cant ever get through to anyone and if you leave a message, you dont get a call back. I know they are a busy location but the service has gone down in the past year. Disappointing. More
