Well, to tell you the truth, when I first arrived, a gentleman met me at the showroom door. Everything appeared to be under construction and parked all over. I did not know where to go for my service ca gentleman met me at the showroom door. Everything appeared to be under construction and parked all over. I did not know where to go for my service call. I was actually parked right by the front entrance door. He was going to help me move my car around to the service entrance. Another gentleman in the front office noticed that I was a disabled senior citizen and rushed to my head. He offered to move my car around for me and showed me to the service area where I was able to get a seat. I don’t even know the gentleman’s name. The service manager was very courteous and polite and actually kept my car in the service garage till I could get in and exit the garage. Overall, it was a first visit for me and I have no complaints. More
