The service advisor was very personable. However, the timeliness, communication and thoroughness of the service department definitely has much room for improvement! I dropped my car off for a noon appointment at 1:20, I checked to see my vehicle on the ground in a stall and figured the were just finishing. A half hour later I checked again to find they hadn’t even started. The advisor apologized and they hurried to get my “simple” service done and car poorly washed. Only to find that they did not reset my dash service counter and now I will have to return for that. This is the second time I have brought my vehicle in for service and have been disappointed. This is not my first Hyundai, and not the most convenient dealership. I am questioning my decision. More

My car was vandalized and undrivable. A number of dealers in the area offered earlier service dates and although I needed my car immediately, I took the later service date with BHW. I have had many positive experiences with them and trust they will take care of me and my vehicle. In this case the repair was not as bad as the poor service and communication from my insurer. Each step of the way however, my BHW service agent Kayla, was able to bridge the gap in communication, worked rather extensively with my difficult insurer, and made me feel BHW had their end under control. The insurer took longer than I had hoped but the communication, quality repairs and trust I have in BHW service keeps me coming back. More
