Service was ok but very slow for a regular oil change. I had an appointment and it took 1 hr and 40 mins. I will be going back to the Boucher Chevy dealer for my oil changes for now on. The service advisor was very personable. However, the timeliness, communication and thoroughness of the service department definitely has much room for improvement! I dropped my car off for a noon appointment at 1:20, I checked to see my vehicle on the ground in a stall and figured the were just finishing. A half hour later I checked again to find they hadn’t even started. The advisor apologized and they hurried to get my “simple” service done and car poorly washed. Only to find that they did not reset my dash service counter and now I will have to return for that. This is the second time I have brought my vehicle in for service and have been disappointed. This is not my first Hyundai, and not the most convenient dealership. I am questioning my decision. More
