Dealership broke a part on the car and three weeks later, no one has apologized and nothing has been fixed. I have called and called and shown up and called again. I keep getting a “we’ll let you know.” As s no one has apologized and nothing has been fixed. I have called and called and shown up and called again. I keep getting a “we’ll let you know.” As someone who writes service for a car dealership, this is just dumb. It shouldn’t take many weeks to even just tell me a part has been ordered. It shouldn’t take me calling or showing up every time I want an update, especially when I ask to be updated. The worst part of owning my Hyundai has been this dealership. From original purchase to every service after. More

Salesman was great, helpful and polite. Boucher finance guys not getting back to me in regards to loan term, I asked 72x then when I went to pay it say 75 term. 3 days later no answer. Also the car is supposed to be CPO, but it came with a crack on the side above the wheel that I saw a few days later and they are making me pay for part of it. I didnt do it, evidently there was something missing by whoever certify those cars. Love the car, the salesman, thats about it. Waiting on answer from finance and still waiting on parts for CPO. More
