Another week later: I called and left a message for Rick Day on Monday, 6/12. He called me back later that day and it seemed to be the first time he had heard of the issues (even though the other advisors had told me they were waiting on him.) After hearing me out he assured me that HE would call me directly on Tuesday with an update. He has not called.
