Our car was under the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty when our engine died. This should have been covered under warranty but was denied by Hyundai for lack of maintenance even though it had been fully maintai our engine died. The dealer did not try to help at all basically washing their hands of it. They even told us to just join the class action suit against Hyundai. We specifically asked when purchasing the vehicle if we needed to do anything to support the warranty and were told we did not. The dealer was not only unhelpful but rude when we looking for help to try to get it covered. We never deal with Boucher dealership or Hyundai again. More
Had a very expensive repair, no loaner available. A $50.00 repair was found by mechanic but was not reported until just before I was to pick up vehicle, not performed. The service department at this dealership is the absolute worst I've ever been to. Harman didn't seem to either know the car or want to share about it. Didn't fully explain differences between trim levels.
