This dealer just opened a new facility that is state of the art, and as usual there are bugs that they must be worked out: a. The phone system b. Sales rep attempted to upsell me to by a new engine when services tech recommended a valve gasket replacement. With several thousands of dollars difference in cost this is very disappointing.
