If all tires have to be ordered, the dealer should have the ability to contact customers who indicate they are looking for tires in their reservation, instead of wasting their customers time. More

Very disappointed with the service we received from Boucher Hyundai. If you are lucky enough to leave with a car and have no issues then this dealership is probably fine. But if you have any issues that need attention after purchasing a vehicle, then good luck. The managers are extremely difficult to get ahold of and do not return phone calls. Communication and customer service needs a lot of work. I would not recommend Boucher Hyundai and I will not return to this location. More
