Harman didn't seem to either know the car or want to share about it. Didn't fully explain differences between trim levels. Makes $80/month difference in price. Had to go back next day to get it removed. And no one asked if I wanted to keep my license plate - just gave me a new one More

Very disappointed with the service, or lack of service received. I was there for 3 hours the first time for an oil change and to diagnose an issue. Since there was no part available, I had to come back th received. I was there for 3 hours the first time for an oil change and to diagnose an issue. Since there was no part available, I had to come back the next week. The issue is that it took three hours for an oil change and to diagnose an issue that I knew it was already there. I come back the next week and sit there for five hours waiting for my car. I’m told two hours into my appointment that the part was defective, so another one would be ordered. It was then another hour and a half to two hours later for the next part to come. At 5 o’clock I was told my vehicle was ready. I pay and get in my car and the part is still broken!!!! But I was told it was fixed… that was ridiculous! They should’ve never told me my vehicle was ready or they should’ve done a better job checking it. Then I wait another 30 minutes for them to look at to then have to leave my car over the weekend to further look at. I find out the next week that the part still doesn’t work and I have to pay more money for a different part. I am extremely unsatisfied with the service , as there was no discount offered for this issue. More
