I came in for an oil change, recall fix, a rattle noise complaint, and for an inspection of the head unit due to not having bluelink services three months after purchase. Just like every other time i've serviced my car at boucher, there's a lack of communication and somehow I fall through the cracks. My car dropped off wednesday and I couldn't pick up until monday evening. I was supposed to get a call on friday but never did. They said it wasn't complete before the weekend but my car did not move in the parking lot over the weekend. It was washed and parked on friday and I wasn't contacted. This dealership seems to only struggle with communication. More
Unlike the service experience at the Genesis dealer in Janesville Wi; which was the worst service experience ever, our service experience at the Boucher Genesis dealer in Waukasha was absolutely top-notc Janesville Wi; which was the worst service experience ever, our service experience at the Boucher Genesis dealer in Waukasha was absolutely top-notch. The Genesis dealer in Waukesha under the leadership of Derrick the service writer/manager resolved our two month long service issue within two hours. Note that the remote Genesis Customer Care techs and engineers as well as the Janesville service dept took two months and never corrected the issue. The Waukasha Genesis dealer as stated was top rate and we will be taking our business to them moving forward. More
In the moment I drove in the service department, it seem like there was nothing but chaos. After a while, and with little,if any greeting or direction, someone came up to tell me that somebody would be with like there was nothing but chaos. When I first met the service representative, I was startled that he was explaining to me that I should maybe want to pay for the next oil change for my new car because there was only 4 free and most people saved their free ones. What in the world was he talking about? And especially when I was on my first visit to this dealer. Also, I may want to get oil changes at 5,000 miles, not8,000. ( my sticker after I left says 8,000.) Then he showed me the waiting room where I was greeted by a large TV broadcasting FoxNews. One would think an intelligent business in this day and age would know better. Snacks were provided which was a nice touch along with a variety of cold/hot drinks. I got a crunchy granola bar which, after I opened it, crumbled all over on to the floor. It made we wonder what year they were purchased. Anyway, I am fairly sure I will not be back. Did I mention that my 8,000 mile new car check up…oil change and tire rotation took well over 2 hours?. I know you were busy but this is just way too long. I insisted that the other issues (minor) that I was having with the car be written in the file. Service guy advised me I had to make another appointment for anything other than the dealer agenda items. Suffice it to say, my 1st time visit was not satisfactory overall. More

Our car was under the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty when our engine died. This should have been covered under warranty but was denied by Hyundai for lack of maintenance even though it had been fully maintai our engine died. The dealer did not try to help at all basically washing their hands of it. They even told us to just join the class action suit against Hyundai. We specifically asked when purchasing the vehicle if we needed to do anything to support the warranty and were told we did not. The dealer was not only unhelpful but rude when we looking for help to try to get it covered. We never deal with Boucher dealership or Hyundai again. More
Had a very expensive repair, no loaner available. A $50.00 repair was found by mechanic but was not reported until just before I was to pick up vehicle, not performed. The service department at this dealership is the absolute worst I've ever been to.
