Where to begin First after lengthy back and forth to schedule oil change they tell me they don’t have my appointment in the system More back and forth lots of my time wasted finally we have an appointm schedule oil change they tell me they don’t have my appointment in the system More back and forth lots of my time wasted finally we have an appointment Arrive as planned told about 1 hr Nearly 2 hours later I’m inquiring about status and made to feel I’m inconveniencing the service tech While rotating tires a wheel stud broke I’m informed they’re glad to fix it $350 Car wash leaves car looking worse than when it arrived which was fixed by sales manager after I asked Contacted service manager directly and he was also overwhelmed with calls but managed to let me know I was not too important to the dealership overall based on my limited service history and he would not work with me in any way related to the repair cost of the wheel stud Overall I’ve tried to work with the dealership and more specifically the service team but I am very disappointed and unsure I will continue to do so Currently would not recommend to others More

I received a call to schedule maintenance and explained what I wanted to have done. When I showed up for my appointment, the very nice lady who checked me in had no record of the conversation I had or wha what I wanted to have done. When I showed up for my appointment, the very nice lady who checked me in had no record of the conversation I had or what was expected by myself to be done. She was very accommodating and got a lot of it completed. My only gripe is that if someone takes the time to call to tell me I haven’t been there in a while and asks what I’d like to have done, that they make notes and schedule adequate time. I had a two plus week lag between the call and when they could get me in, so it wasn’t like I was pressing for a quick appointment. More
