Song Remains the Same Phoned Rick to see if he was interested in retaining my business however once again he reiterated his position was unchanged and he will not provide any meaningful movement on the repair cost of $350 Will keep appointment with Farm and Fleet tomorrow to replace at $120 I let Rick know he’s cost Boucher a customer due to ongoing poor service
