This Boucher Service Center is all new and very impressive. Plenty of space for relaxing or doing work...or being on social media on your phone. I also received a call the next day to tell me the parts were slightly delayed for later in the day, but everything went well, and I picked up the car when I expected to. More

Asked them to loosen license plate screws, told me, yes for $165. Notified them i will not be returning. Then I chuckled when they said I need brakes. Employees and location were very nice. Clean and spacious waiting area. One complaint is I brought car for 2 recalls that I made appointment for weeks in advance. Disappointed to find out at time I picked up car that part wasn’t available and one of the recall issued would need to be done a different day. I think service department should’ve contacted me and let me know that one of my recall issues would not be able to be completed. They knew my vehicle make/model and service intended to be completed due appointment. I would assume they would know the inventory of parts for my recall. Now I will need to make another appointment and make arrangements to drop my car off on a separate day which is inconvenient. As a side, it would be nice if you have recycling bins for aluminum cans. More
