We had just purchased a 2013 Hyundai from a different dealer 5 months prior, and that car got totaled. We went to Boucher because they had a 2014 model listed online that was very close to what we had, and we wanted to replace the car as soon as possible. Even though we were eager to buy, we never felt pressured! The car was amazing and we had no doubt in our minds we were getting a great deal on the price. Fawn was so helpful and REALLY went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and every question answered before we drove the car off the lot. Additionally, Ben in the Finance Department was WONDERFUL!! That can be the most stressful part of the process with all the forms and contracts, and he made it fun and painless. He explained every form that we signed so clearly and simply, and we felt very at ease. We will be returning to Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha the next time we need a vehicle, and HIGHLY recommend them! Best Buying Experience I've Ever Had This is the 6th car I've purchased in my lifetime. After my last buying and service experience I was not looking forward to purchasing again. Boucher Hyundai completely surprised me and changed my mind. My fiance' and I started shopping around in July. Bob Wuerl from Boucher Hyundai was so helpful. He asked questions to find out what we were really looking for, made suggestions and really listened to what we had to say. He and the rest of the staff at Boucher worked with me to make the purchase happen. It was great. I had some extenuating circumstances and had to wait until October to purchase. Bob kept in touch the entire time. It wasn't too much so that it was annoying, just enough to know that he was still there willing to help however he could. The day I bought the car was great too. I made an appointment to pick up the car and sign the paperwork and they went as fast as they could while still allowing me to understand everything. They put my shiny new plates on, had the car clean, gas tank filled and ready to go. A few days after we bought, Bob called just to see if there was anything I was having trouble with, like connecting my phone to the car. It was truly just a great experience. We will be visiting them again when my fiance' is ready for his new car. More
