Our salesperson Amanda Olson was incredible from start to finish - detailed, informative, and non-pressuring... a truly great experience. As we went through the purchase process, everyone we encountered was phenomenal. While most people may dread purchasing a new vehicle due to thoughts triggered by stereotypical experiences, let me say, Boucher breaks the mold on those stereotypes - they were superb from start to finish. Following through on a commitment I had brought my 2009 Genesis in for work in a previous visit, and was unhappy with a particular problem that arose from some work that had been done. I noted my disappointment in the follow up survey, and was contacted by John D., the sales manager, who offered me a discount on the repair I had scheduled to correct the initial problem. The repair was successfully completed and I was give. the promised discount. I have always been treated with respect and consideration by.the service department at Boucher Hyundai and will continue to work with them to keep my Genesis in top condition. Shoutout to Dan D.
