Same Day Drive-Away I went to Boucher - Waukesha because I found a vehicle on AutoTrader, didn't know anything about the dealership, just that they had the vehicle I was I went to Boucher - Waukesha because I found a vehicle on AutoTrader, didn't know anything about the dealership, just that they had the vehicle I was looking for. Elliot responded to my inquiry within an hour or two of my email (on a weekend, outside business hours). We set up a time to meet in the evening because I was coming from NW Fond du Lac county and it wasn't possible to meet earlier in the day. The vehicle was detailed and ready for the test drive as soon as I got there. Long story short, we bought the vehicle that night. Due to Elliot and Ryne persistence in getting the job done on there end, we were able to trade in our old vehicle and drive off with the new one that night. We may have all been there a little later than we would have cared, but it all worked out nonetheless More

Good experience I had a good experience minus 1 aspect. I knew my credit was not A1 and I was assured they would do a soft inquiry first to see if I would even be clo I had a good experience minus 1 aspect. I knew my credit was not A1 and I was assured they would do a soft inquiry first to see if I would even be close to qualifying for financing. After the soft inquire I was assured that my credit would not be ran through several agencies as I had experienced this before and it caused my score to drop. I mentioned this several times and was assured several times that they dont fo that. Well low n behold the next day I got an alert that I had 6 new inquiries on my credit causing my score to drop several points. I'm very disappointed that I was deceived about that portion. Other than that my sales person Andy was great and Sam in finance as well. Would have been 5 stars if not for that circumstance More
