New Car Purchase @Boucher Hyundai On May 1 2019 we were looking for a 2019 Sant Fe XL 2019. Mr. Mike Loiacono introduced himself, and we discussed the details of the model we wanted. On May 1 2019 we were looking for a 2019 Sant Fe XL 2019. Mr. Mike Loiacono introduced himself, and we discussed the details of the model we wanted. While nothing on the lot met these requirements, Mike suggested we take a test drive in a demo. The test drive was successful so we proceeded to sit down and finalize the colors, features and price of the car we wanted. We put a deposit down, then the next day Mike called with the news that he had found our car. We agreed to take delivery the following Monday, and are now enjoying our new Santa Fe XL.. More

The experience was good, but, could have been better. My overall experience with the service department was good, but it could have been better. I do appreciate them putting the new engine in the car, but My overall experience with the service department was good, but it could have been better. I do appreciate them putting the new engine in the car, but, I am still left with a car that was damaged while being serviced at your dealership. The former only happened after I spent a lot of time and gas traveling over 20 miles (each way) on multiple occasions to get it resolved. However, during my last visit to get the service center, I do not feel like I was treated fairly by the manager, John. I felt like John showed a lack of regard for both the time and frustration that I suffered during this entire ordeal. He actually told me to put tape on my front fender that was damaged during service there.he showed an total lack of regard for trying to get that issue fixed. I will be consulting with my car insurer about what options can be taken about the latter issue. More
