Her and Ryan were able to secure the exact car I wanted and I was so excited to hear they actually got it for me. I also enjoyed working with Andy at the very beginning on my first test drive. Each person at Boucher Hyundai made the car leasing process enjoyable which isn’t always the case. Thank you for everything! More

He told me Gordie Boucher was giving me 1200.00 thanks to a terrible experience at another Boucher dealership only to discover it was the 1200.00 I had already asked Boucher Nissan to refund. It was a refund for all the unnecessary crap they slipped into my contract on an Infiniti I was pressured into buying in April of 2019. (Thank goodness I had them give me a copy of the refund paperwork when I went into the dealership and requested it because I get the feeling they would deny it ever happened.) Dade came across as a straight forward guy and was very personable and knowledgeable. He listened and definitely made this experience better than my last. I did not feel pressured. I did not feel like I had to buy a car from him. I drove away with a Cadillac XT5, the car I wanted from day one. I would buy from him again most definitely, but I would not buy from Boucher. More

She listened to what I wanted (wrote it down, actually) and came up with some great options for me to test drive. I asked a lot of questions and she answered them without overwhleming me with too much detail. I highly recommend requesting Amanda as your salesperson if you are shopping at this dealership. She understood where I was in the looking/deciding/buying process and didn't waste my time with any extra sales schmoozing. She is very professional. More

Darlene, the sales consultant, was very patient I bought a brand new Dusk Blue 2019 Tucson Limited trim on 5/25/2019. My experience was very positive. Darlene, the sales consultant, was very patient throughout the process, which took about 2 weeks. I'm not an easy person to deal with. I like to crunch my numbers and consider all my possibilities. Because I live 200+ miles away from the dealership, we had to exchange lots of email. She was able to deliver what I wanted and keep it within my budget. When we received the car, the outside cleaning left to be desired. Darlene was disappointed and asked them to do it again. I didn’t mind to be honest, I was there to buy a car, not a cleaning package. While they cleaned the outside, Darlene sat with my wife and I inside the vehicle and explained all the car features. On a side note, some other dealership I was negotiating with offered me a better value proposition by adding a service package in the mix. I ended up choosing this dealership over the other because “I vote with my dollar”. I think giving them my business is the least I could do to support the service quality Darlene and Rebecca (I believe she works in customer service) provided. More

Service tech error Recall software caused cluster failure and sv tech error caused 1 week delay to get car back. Now have rattle at dash cluster site. Good but more towards average. Initial sevice was adequate. Follow up phone calls were not done. Only after speaking with the service manager, did we get great service. Overall I like Bourcher, but will probably go to the HWY 100 store. More
