Gave us great price but his resources failed to stay current and almost lost $1000 sales incentive after some confusion between other salespeple( Andy's day off) and missed information by night management ...Andy & John Morgan (Finanical Mgr.) Got it right. I would recommend this dealership to anyone but do your research and know what rebates and incentives are available. If you want the information and demonstration of options and trim without the pressure of a sale ...talk to Andy B. He'll get you there! Outstanding More

The car was ready to be test driven just as Chris said it would be. Chris was a great guy to work with. My wife and I could not have asked for a nicer person. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful. My wife and I both felt that Chris cared about what we thought. He is genuinely a good guy. He showed patience when explaining the new technologies to us. He kept us informed during the entire process about what was going on. It was a busy day at Boucher, but we felt Chris was "looking out for us". We also dealt with Ryan Fitzsimmons......another great guy to work with. I had worked with Ryan on a previous car purchase in 2011. He remembered me and the purchase. He had moved up in the "chain of command" since that time....and I think rightfully so. He too, like Chris Baker, is a genuinely good guy. Good deals sell cars and I feel that I got a good deal. But more importantly, good people sell cars and bring you back in the future. Chris and Ryan help make Boucher Hyundai my first stop when car buying. A big "thumbs up" to both of them. P.S. finished up paper work with Tony Gehl. Very disappointing Spent close to $900 and left with the same problem I had at the start. I had a road noise that sound like a bad wheel bearing. After inspection I was Spent close to $900 and left with the same problem I had at the start. I had a road noise that sound like a bad wheel bearing. After inspection I was told it was noise from worn tire. Now i have 4 new tire, an alignment and the same road noise. Obviously nobody at Boucher road tested the vehicle. That is just pure incompetence. More
