Felt taken advantage of by MGMT. Saleswoman was good. Manager never came out of office, even to introduce himself. Trade-in I was given was extremely low. I felt taken advantage of with the pricing & financing. The closer (John Morgan) was horrible. He tried pressuring me into an extended warranty that I didn't want. He also did most of the paperwork incorrectly and I had to re-sign everything. I went to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted so this should have been quick & easy for both parties. The process took almost 6 hours. Buying a car should be a somewhat pleasant experience but I left frustrated and felt taken advantage of. I'm now trying to forget the experience so I can enjoy my new vehicle. Next time I'll go elsewhere. More
