They are curtious, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our service tech Dan Doble is super. Friendly and helpful. Gets you in and out pretty fast. We were long time customers but were treated like we were stupid & deserved to be taken advantage of. It's not the sales person but the philosophy of management at this dealership that does not value their r stupid & deserved to be taken advantage of. It's not the sales person but the philosophy of management at this dealership that does not value their repeat customers & is always playing games to try to get you for all that they can get you for. They could have offered us a decent trade in amount for our car right from the bat but decided to low ball us & hope they we would accept it. Then they show us incorrect numbers for the car & hope we will not notice it. During financing the guy is trying to have me pay sales tax on the list price of the car without subtracting my trade-in. This is how they treat their long time customers. More

My wife and I were new car shopping and had pretty much decided on looking for a Hyundai Sonata. My cousin had just leased a new car from Matt Mueller at Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha and highly recommended decided on looking for a Hyundai Sonata. My cousin had just leased a new car from Matt Mueller at Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha and highly recommended them. We called Matt and made an appointment for the next morning. He said he'd have a demo waiting for us when we arrived. At the time of our arrival both the car and Matt were waiting for us. After a few minutes of conversation for Matt to understand what in a car was important to us, we took the test drive during which Matt explained some of the cars features and how to operate them. Upon our return to the dealership he searched their inventory to find a car in a color she preferred. He did find one at their Janesville dealership and had it brought to Waukesha for us to see. Since the car was exactly what we wanted we did the paperwork which was was accomplished in a minimum amount of time thanks to Financial Services Manager Jake Knight's efficiency. In short everyone we dealt with were friendly, efficient and professional. I look forward to taking the car in for its first service to see if their service department is as competent and efficient as the sales department. JLM More
Our 2013 Hyundai Sante Fe was towed to their facility due to it not working while stopped in traffic. It was diagnosed as a faulty fuel pump. It took over 5 weeks to get a replacement part. We were told the issue was the pump was on back order from Hyundai. Understandable in these weird times... My low rating was is for the lack of communication we received regarding the part. Dan Doble initially told us 2 weeks for the part. 2 weeks go by and we receive no telephone call. We had to call to find out what the status is. Told another 2 weeks before the part is going to come in. 2 weeks come and go and once again, no call from Boucher about the part. We had to call again to find out what the status was. We finally started dealing with John Diez, who stated he would be the point person regarding our vehicle. I voiced my concerns with John about the lack of communication and was assured I would be contacted regarding the part. Told another week before the part would be in. The date given comes and goes and no call from John. I called the next day, with John stating he would check on the part. Told the part would be arriving in 2 days. Part finally comes in, with John contacting me the repair is completed. He was kind enough to reduce our bill due to the issues, which I appreciated. More
Dan was extremely helpful and informative in a stressful situation. I unfortunately did not get to meet him he was out for the afternoon when I picked up the car. If it wasn't for Chris B. the internet sales manager I would of not done business with them. Brad V. only cared about the transaction vs building a relationship.
