Went in for 50,000 mile check up and alignment car left driving worse than when I brought it and oil was almost 3 quarter low not only did they not do what they were supposed to it took them a week longer driving worse than when I brought it and oil was almost 3 quarter low not only did they not do what they were supposed to it took them a week longer than they said Will never bring my car back not even to check tire pressure More

They found vehicle I wanted in very short time. Satisfied with sales. However, vehicle had defective dash. Took 4 months to fix! Last visit I waited 4 hours as other vehicles came in and left. You do not offer towing service. So we had Davis towing tow it in last Friday. Joe in service stated he had it scheduled for 9am on Monday. I called Monday afternoon said they would get it in Tuesday morning. I called Tuesday after lunch and said not in yet. Mechanic was just finishing up another project. I called back Wednesday morning, still not in shop. Finally late morning around 11 am Joe called to tell us pricing. Picked up car Thursday late afternoon. Meanwhile my daughter had to call in to work Monday-Tuesday -Wednesday and Thursday.... so if you would be willing to sent us check for lost labor at $17 per hour. Total missed time was 18.5 hours If I would of known I was going to get pushed off day after day after day I would of taken it someplace else More
