HE IS ONE OF THE GREATEST SALES PERSONS TO DEAL WITH. He called and e-mailed me to make sure all my needs were met. He put me in contact with Marissa Sestito and she was just as nice and friendly. Boy, what a great experience this has been. I now know why Boston Volvo is loved so much. The staff treats you like family. RUSS you are the best. My mother and I thank you and Marissa for working as hard as you have.(Marissa, Russ said you would hard to make this long distance deal a great experience and he was right) Boston Volvo keep up the great work. I only buy my cars from David Deltorto. He is very professional and explains all the different options so that I am able to understand and has always put me in the right vechicle at the right time. He just pulled me out of my lease with 15 payments left and put me in a brand new volvo S60 T5 and for the same payment. Which was great!! I would have had over 4 thousand in over mileage and no warranty. Now I have a brand new car with a new warranty and 3 free payments. I've told all my friends to buy cars from David because he is a excellent representive of a car dealership that far ranks any other dealerships that my friends have dealth with. I bought 5 different cars from David DelTorto and have had an excellent business relationship with him. His knowledge of cars has made it easy for me and what salesperson helps you program your iphone when you pick up your car David took the time and programed both my personal and work phone. The experience with David has been excellent. I will never buy my car from anyone else except for David. David should comended for his excellent customer service and knowledge of the vechicle he is selling. More

I am writing to document my extremely positive experience with Boston Volvo and more specifically Hi to anyone who might be interested in a Volvo! I am writing to document my extremely positive experience with Boston Volvo and more specifically with my salesperson Russel Leong. To put this statement in context I will offer some background. I am true car enthusiast. While I live in the City of Boston, I very much love getting a new car every few years. I have had had numerous American company cars and owned Volkswagen's, Honda's, Audi's and now 2 Volvo's. The XC 70 I just had was a fantastic and versatile car. By far, the most comfortable car I have ever owned. The XC 60 I just took delivery on is a bit more tight to drive and is simply beautiful. A couple of weeks ago I received a message from Russell Leong to give him a call before I made my next payment. While I had one more year left on the note, I figured I would hear what he had to say as I had nothing to lose. When I connected with Russ he gave me a detailed explanation as to why I might want to look at a new car at this point in time. I scheduled an appointment and had a terrific chat with him. I explained that I loved my XC 70 and that I was thinking about getting something a bit smaller. While I had driven most of the Volvo models, I had not driven the S 60. Russ was very patient with me as I asked loads of questions about different engines, suspensions, model years and options. He took me on 2 (just long enough) test drives in S 60s. First in a 5 cylinder model and then a 6 cylinder version. At this point I was considering the S 60 and the XC 60. Russ took the time to point out the differences, the models available and the cost differences involved. Russ was a great listener and was quickly able to find me the car I truly wanted. I highly recommend you ask for Russ as your Consultant when you visit Boston Volvo. I feel qualified to make this statement because I have discriminating taste and I have spent my 30+ year career in Sales and Contract Negotiations. I stopped in on 8/15 as the "check cooling engine" light was going our 2013 XC90. I did not have an appointment and we had recently serviced our vehicle a few months earlier. The service advisor, Peter Vincent, was very helpful and while I knew I may have to wait he reassured me that someone would look at the car and let me know if we had an issue. I very much appreciate the service and friendliness at this dealer. While the newer vehicles are more sensitive and have early warning detections, our issue was very minor. They topped off the coolant fluid and advised to watch in case of any leaks. Thank you Boston Volvo for a great experience and made my day that much better! More

I did not feel like I was being rushed or pressured into a purchase, however, he gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Marc went out of his way to help me coordinate delivery/pick up of my new vehicle. Paul was also nice to work with. He worked through the paperwork quickly and explained any questions we had about finance. I have used this dealership in the past for service and have been satisfied but now I am satisfied with sales as well. I will recommend this dealership and will continue to work with them for service and any new car purchases, namely Marc Fasten. More

Marc was ready and came in on his night off to deliver the car - thorough - made sure that we understood all the functions of the car and that everything worked when we connected our phone to the bluetooth. - no pressure - we told him we were also looking at another wagon. Marc showed us the car we were interested in, no bait-n-switch, no "today's deal", etc. He asked how he could earn our business and that was all. - equal attention - Marc focused on the two of us during the car buying experience and made sure that any / all our questions were answered. Paul in the Finance department was just as customer focused: - no extra sales pitches beyond "did you want to cover x y z?". Once I said yes or no, that was it - very easy. - Paul turned around the documentation quickly. Everything was filled out, zero mistakes, and explained. Already picked up a couple parts (dog gate, etc.) with Marc's help coordinating everything ahead of time. Bill helped us with that - provided immediate customer service and we were out the door in 2 mins. More
