I stopped off at the dealership one evening 2 years ago to "look" at the new S60. Russell was extremely knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. More importantly, however, when I had to be persistent with the service department, Russell acted as a go-between, stood up for me, and helped to resolve the issues in a most satisfactory manner. I would recommend Russell to anyone--I've purchased many cars, and I've never had this much fun through the process. As for the service department, Steve Duffy is the most knowledgeable and patient person at the dealership--he knows the vehicles inside and out. He spent all kinds of time helping to resolve a problem I had with a chassis vibration, working through various causes and solutions until he and Sal Amica, the shop foreman, came up with the right one.
