MY visit to Boston Volvo Village today was for a routine service appointment. I was greeted immediately, and was asked if my car had any small details needing attention also. I mentioned that my windshiel service appointment. I was greeted immediately, and was asked if my car had any small details needing attention also. I mentioned that my windshield wiper motor was making a funny noise, and that I needed help with my bluetooth feature. Both items were quickly addressed and corrected to my satisfaction and beyond. I got a private bluetooth lesson and I know that took patience on their part! I was also assigned a loaner vehicle for the time of my entire visit. All staff was helpful, pleasant and highly competent. I could not be happier with my experience at Boston Volve Village, and recommend it to everyone in search of the very best. More

I made an appointment to have my timing belt and water pump changed. I was quoted a price of $511 to have the job done. They charged me $550 and the water pump was never replaced. I made an appointment for Monday morning and dropped the car off on Sunday night. I was assured the job would be completed Monday afternoon. It was completed Wednesday afternoon. By the time I brought the car home, the water pump was leaking antifreeze... and Volvo said the water pump never needed to be replaced. To make this story a little worse, my fiance dropped me off to pick up the car. As he was leaving, one of their incompetent, overly obese worker stood behind my fiance as he was backing up and accused him of littering Dunkin Donuts in the parking lot. He told him that he was going to call the cops on him if he didn't pick it up.. False accusations and make you feel like trash. These people treat you like you are at the bottom of the barrel. More
