Marc was ready and came in on his night off to deliver the car - thorough - made sure that we understood all the functions of the car and that everything worked when we connected our phone to the bluetooth. - no pressure - we told him we were also looking at another wagon. Marc showed us the car we were interested in, no bait-n-switch, no "today's deal", etc. He asked how he could earn our business and that was all. - equal attention - Marc focused on the two of us during the car buying experience and made sure that any / all our questions were answered. Paul in the Finance department was just as customer focused: - no extra sales pitches beyond "did you want to cover x y z?". Once I said yes or no, that was it - very easy. - Paul turned around the documentation quickly. Everything was filled out, zero mistakes, and explained. Already picked up a couple parts (dog gate, etc.) with Marc's help coordinating everything ahead of time. Bill helped us with that - provided immediate customer service and we were out the door in 2 mins. More

I was looking for a used BMW sport wagon and was lucky enough to find one at Boston Volvo Village. Great price on the car and they also gave me a fair value for my old Saab. David Deltorto was fantastic enough to find one at Boston Volvo Village. Great price on the car and they also gave me a fair value for my old Saab. David Deltorto was fantastic throughout the entire process, down to making sure I had the proper OEM screw to affix the rear license plate, and he put it on the car in the rain! Kudos as well to Armen Essayen who valued my trade-in, and Paul Murphy in the business office who finalized all the paperwork. This is really a great dealership with some wonderful folks and I'm very happy with my purchase. I'll definitely go back to Boston Volvo the next time I am in the market for a car. More

I went to Boston Volvo with the goal of getting into a new XC70, while trading in a fairly new (2012) Audi A4 wagon. In the end, we couldn't get the nos. to work but kudos to Marc for trying. I met Marc on my first visit to Volvo before the 2014 cars had arrived, and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the cars and his diligence in seeking out differences between the current model year and the soon to arrive models. Marc was very communicative without being pushy, and I really appreciated his efforts in trying to get a deal to work. In the end, it's probably better for me because I'd really like to get into a new V60 wagon, which are slated to arrive in January of 2014. And so I'll look forward to working with Marc at that time. If you're in the market for a new Volvo, I recommend this dealership and Marc Fasten in particular. More

My most recent purchase, an XC90, was sold to me by Marc Fasten, and while I pretty much knew I wanted the car before I even walked through the door, just talking to Marc made me sure that trading in my Volvo sedan at that time was the right thing to do. Many women will say "I don't know a thing about my car, and I am sure I am taken advantage of when I go for service", but I have NEVER felt this way at BVV (and I know NOTHING about how this car works). I work mostly with John S. and Steve Duffy, and since 2004, the service department has heard me say everything from "my car is making a noise" to the day when they needed to replace the engine in the 850. There are lots of places to buy a Volvo, but I am a Volvo Village customer forever! More
