I just dropped by Boston Volvo Village to take a look at what Volvo had to offer these days. Kerry Trainor came over to see if he could assist me, and indeed he did. He was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time answering my questions. I sat in various models, pestered him about different technology and engine offerings and "packages." Listening to the my needs (limited vision in one eye means I want ALL the driver assistance technology...and of course there must be room in the trunk for golf clubs!), Kerry helped me consider the S60 T 5 AWD as a good choice. Though it was obvious to Kerry that I would not be buying during this visit, he continued to spend as much time with me as I wanted.... all without a hint of pressure. If I do end up buying a Volvo, it will definitely be with Kerry. I would feel very confident that he would remain my ally for the length of time I owned the car. More

I came into Boston Volvo Village looking to buy a new Volvo C30 or S40 and discovered they are not being brought into the USA any longer and is strictly being marketed overseas. I worked with Ted Leotsakos who is a fixture in this dealership and remember him from when my husband owned a Volvo. The guy is a walking Volvo encyclopedia and a doll to deal with. This was by far the most comfortable process I had buying a car and working with Marc Fasten was just great. This was the first time I considered a Volvo and wasn't sure about it. Marc helped me with the right information and time I needed to feel comfortable and confident. We rode the car and he did a great job explaining all the different technologies and features of the S60 (and there are many). He was very professional, open and accommodating. When we got to discuss the terms, they made the process short and easy. Marc was helpful and the deal we negotiated was the most smooth I ever did. I got my car today and love it. More

There is nothing negative to say about my experience with Boston Volvo - from my plea for help at 6:30 PM to leaving the next morning with a car that is reliable and perfect. The customer lounge is wonderful Boston Volvo - from my plea for help at 6:30 PM to leaving the next morning with a car that is reliable and perfect. The customer lounge is wonderful - I had a fresh bagel and coffee and a choice of watching television, shopping for accessories, listening to music in a reading area and best of all, a desk with WiFi in a quiet room. I had to wait but because I could be online, I was able to minimize work loss and do my projects while I was waiting for service. In not too long a period, the service person came to let me know that the work was completed. They did everything requested and did not charge exorbitant prices. My car was brought to the door, clean and ready to go. I live in the burbs and make the trip to Brighton because there is no better place to service my Saab. Thanks everyone at Boston Volvo. More

Every aspect of the purchase exceed my expectations. My salesperson (Russ Leong) along with the used car manager and finance team were active participants in assuring that I had a satisfying experience.
