Marc, the salesman we worked with, was straightforward and friendly from the beginning to the end. The same was true of Armen, the Sales Manager, and Paul, the Business Manager. At no time did we feel pressured or uncomfortable with any of them and we were able to purchase the car for a fair price. Due to a screw up at the Registry of Motor Vehicles, the title was delayed for a considerable time. Though no fault of his or Boston Volvo Village, and by doing so it would mean losing the sale, Marc offered to refund our deposit. We opted to wait and are pleased that we did. Thanks Marc! More

But I bought a 2014 RDesign and I'm delighted with it. He personified customer service excellence, which is a misnomer these days, unfortunately. I bought my 2010 Volvo from Herb Chambers and loved it - but not the customer service. Phil is going to go places in your organization and I think he should be recognized. Buying a Car can be painless and affordable One week ago today I brought my Saab 9.3 to Boston Volvo Village for an oil change and to figure out why my air conditioner was not working. I had 158 One week ago today I brought my Saab 9.3 to Boston Volvo Village for an oil change and to figure out why my air conditioner was not working. I had 158,000 miles on the car. A few hours later I received a call advising me the air was the least of my problems, the car needed an additional $2000 worth of work. My response was forget it, I need to buy a car, but I was hoping I could get that new Volvo S60 with the 4 cylander turbo engine. The service manager said "it just came in a month ago" I will have Dave DelTorto call you to discuss the car. Dave came over from Charles River Saab to work with Saab customers and help them transition into Volvo's. I said, not a problem, I had two (2) Volvo's prior to the Saab, so I was totally open, but I want a vehicle that is fuel efficient, which I was told is the S60E.. Dave called me, I told him what I was looking for, what I needed the payment to work out to be. He did the numbers; and voila within the week I am driving the most beautiful new efficient safe car on the market. Dave took all the anxiety out of buying a car; and made me feel like there was only one decision, when I was available to sign the papers. Over the last 20 years I owned a Volvo 850 for 5 years, a Volvo S70 for 5 years, the Saab 9.3 for 10 years; and I have to say this new Volvo is the sharpest and highest performing vehicle of the 4. It is Great to be back driving a Volvo. Thank you Dave for making this experience easy; and thank you Boston Volvo service department for taking care of my Saab and keeping it alive for this next adventure in driving. More

I was so impressed with Russ's knowledge of the product, his professionalism and the no nonsense or hard sell approach he took. We were clear on how we would negotiate - He got me the price I wanted on my used trade in - and explained how the price had been set on the new vehicle. All web research verified the information he gave me. Being able to make appointments and being respected all the way through was also affirming that this car and this deal and this man who helped me through the process was the right choice. Now four months later - I still feel this way. And did I say - this Volvo rocks! More

He has a no nonsense style (ie, does not beat around the bush), has always done whatever it takes to get me into the car I want and has treated my family and myself with respect. To top it off, Marc is just an all around great guy and I trust him implicitly to guide my family's car buying experiences. In terms of the dealership, the customer service is prompt, courteous and excellent. The sales, business and service staff do all they can to get you in and out with as little headache as possible. There is no dealership I trust more, no salesperson (Marc Fasten) that I trust more and no car brand I trust more (Volvo). Always an excellent experience. Thank you Marc and Boston Volvo! More
Consistently the Best! I never thought I would be writing a review in favor of a dealership, but the team at Boston Volvo Village are simply that good. They serviced our XC I never thought I would be writing a review in favor of a dealership, but the team at Boston Volvo Village are simply that good. They serviced our XC90 after we moved to Boston. They have always been above board and honest about every repair. They even went so far as to honor a warranty and replace the transmission in a car that we bought from a private seller in another without a hassle. I have been very impressed with their service. So when it came time to buy another Volvo, we went to them. My wife and I were impressed with the no pressure approach and ease of sale. David Deltorto was great and really helped us navigate the sale's process. Paul Murphy made the financing easier than we could have imagined. We were Volvo for Life before, now we are Boston Volvo Village for Life! Thanks to all of the staff! More
I went to Boston Volvo thinking we were going to buy a Volvo\TC60. We ended up doing something else but I would highly recommend going to Boston Volvo and dealing with Ted. He couldn't have been nicer and Volvo\TC60. We ended up doing something else but I would highly recommend going to Boston Volvo and dealing with Ted. He couldn't have been nicer and more knowledgeable on the products that Volvo offered. We ended up doing something different because of the car we found, not because of the service. I just dropped by Boston Volvo Village to take a look at what Volvo had to offer these days. Kerry Trainor came over to see if he could assist me, and indeed he did. He was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time answering my questions. I sat in various models, pestered him about different technology and engine offerings and "packages." Listening to the my needs (limited vision in one eye means I want ALL the driver assistance technology...and of course there must be room in the trunk for golf clubs!), Kerry helped me consider the S60 T 5 AWD as a good choice. Though it was obvious to Kerry that I would not be buying during this visit, he continued to spend as much time with me as I wanted.... all without a hint of pressure. If I do end up buying a Volvo, it will definitely be with Kerry. I would feel very confident that he would remain my ally for the length of time I owned the car. More
