A Great experience I just want to pass on a very positive experience that I had in dealing with Boston Volvo and our salesman Marc Fasten. After an extensive internet s I just want to pass on a very positive experience that I had in dealing with Boston Volvo and our salesman Marc Fasten. After an extensive internet search, we found a car at Boston Volvo that met our price range. Marc took me for a test drive and was extremely knowledgeable about the car, an XC60. The car was to be purchased through my companies fleet services and we had a fixed budget. Marc was able to find a car, that fit my criteria (and hopes/wishes) and our budget. This was the only dealer, from New Jersey to New Hampshire that got me the deal right away and was within our budget! A week later two other dealers called back, willing to make a deal, but Boston Volvo hadn't wasted anytime and had already made the deal happen. When I went to pick up my car, Marc spent a lot of time showing me how everything in the car worked, and walked me through the service department, which is very impressive. He was very patient, honest and knowledgeable, which I greatly appreciated. Never did I feel like I was being "sold" anything, it felt more like a partnership, where the salesperson was just trying to help find the right car for me. More

My husband and I were very impressed with the variety of options we were able to choose from in terms of both new and used vehicles. Our salesman, Marc, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and friendly. He had a very good understanding of what we wanted and tried to please us, never tried to sell us anything we were not looking for. He sat with me in our new car and gave me a full, comprehensive orientation to the vehicle's features which was extremely helpful. The management and finance department worked with us to meet our pricing needs. Overall a wonderful experience and I would recommend this dealer to others and once I am ready for my next Volvo I will definitely return! More

Marc Fasten, our salesman, greeted us at the door and eventually made the sale thanks to his no pressure, personalized approach. He was very patient with us as we sorted through all the options and looked into models all over New England since the car with the exact options we wanted was not on the lot. We literally closed the dealership a few times since we wanted more information and Marc volunteered to stay late with us as even the sales manager had already made his way out the door. We ended up with a car that we love and as corny as it may sound, a new friend at Boston Volvo Village: Marc. We haver known Mark Roach in service for many years as well and he has been very straightforward with us and given us great advice. More

At first I thought Marc Fasten was out to trick me too when he started explaining why the price was so low. I thought I was having deja vu with the rebates gimmick. But that wasn't the case at all! Marc was real and down to earth. He is the ideal person you'd want to do business with. He went out of his way to understand my needs and make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Now I am a proud owner of a Prius (it was a trade in at this Volvo dealership). Would I work with him again? 100% yes. More

I was a former owner of a different make of vehicle and was concerned about making the switch over to a totally different make, but through Dave I learned a lot of what Volvo has to offer in terms of my safety and comfort, moreso than the info I gathered online. He took his time comparing the features in different models and which would best suit my needs with no pressure from him whatsoever. Yesterday I took delivery of an S60 and Dave pointed out the many features and had patience in my additional questions.
