An excellent experience I recently purchased a 2013 XC70 Volvo from Boston Volvo Village. This is somewhat unique in as much as I live in the Finger Lakes Region (Geneva) of I recently purchased a 2013 XC70 Volvo from Boston Volvo Village. This is somewhat unique in as much as I live in the Finger Lakes Region (Geneva) of New York. I found the vehicle online and then spoke to Ted Leotsakos and Phil Jenkins who are very professional, knowledgeable, and personable individuals. After talking with them I felt confident enough to buy the XC70 sight unseen, something I have never done before. The transaction went very smoothly and the XC70 is outstanding, being one of the best Volvos that I have driven over the 50 years of my owning Volvos. The 360 mile drive back to Geneva was smooth and comfortable and certainly enhanced by the safety features such as the vehicle passing warnings. Service experience I have been servicing both my wife's and my volvo for a few years now at Boston Volvo. I recently brought my vehicle in for service and once again Ad I have been servicing both my wife's and my volvo for a few years now at Boston Volvo. I recently brought my vehicle in for service and once again Adam went above and beyond in getting the issues resolved in a professional and courteous manner. I had use of a loaner vehicle while my volvo was getting serviced and the staff washed my car just before I picked it up. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership for any service of your volvo. Wonderful service dept! Professional , pleasant, trustworthy Adam is amazing ! He pays attention to every detail. A warning light in my XC60 went on at 8pm and said coolant low and not to drive . The next morning at 7 am Adam accepted my towed car into the service dept. He was very professional, reassuring, and explained the possibilities. He even arranged a ride to take me to work ! Since I did not have an appt I was most grateful. Everyone is so pleasant in this dept . This is my second experience at this dealership and I have been treated very well. Not only did they take care of the problem they also took care of the pending software upgrades . Excellent service dept!!! More
