My first purchase was a S70 in 1998, which I kept for 12 years. in December 2009, I purchased a V70 through the Overseas Buying Process. I was very close to buying a certified used vehicle at 128 Volvo, but was extremely dissatisfied with the service department there. My decision to buy new at BVV was significantly influenced by the amazing Service Dept staff. I was treated kindly, professionally, and the BVV sales and service teams expressed their appreciation for my business. As a member of the VIP program, I was fortunate to have a loaner car delivered to me when service was required. It was then that I met Don Huggan, a long time employee. Don was consistently punctual, communicative, proactively helpful with information, and became a trusted advisor. BVV intelligently promoted Don to the Service Bay, and while I sadly no longer see Don for loaner car deliveries, I know I have a fabulous point of contact for all my service related issues and inquiries. In every interaction, Don represents the very best of BVV. He is responsive, professional, and NICE! I can't say enough positive things about how i look forward to working with Don. He's knowledgeable and inquisitive, articulate and thorough. For a "cars for dummies" like me, I am 110% trusting of everything related to my cherished vehicle when Don is making recommendations. Special note would be extended to our traditional service advisor Don Huggan. All service issues, questions, recommendations have always been addressed clearly. Extended effort from Don on our behalf to include consistent promised vehicle service completion times and his personal review of work has actually spoiled us and make vehicle service a task we never... never dwell on. Scheduled, unscheduled service require somewhat of an extended commute and for the aforementioned reasons, we will continue to do so. Our last service invoice referenced a request service performance rating for Don Huggan. "Truly Exceptional" would actually be the starting point. More

do not look for used cars here! This is the first review I have written online in years, but I cannot resist. I had inquired about a 2009 BMW X3 that had just come in. Looked great o This is the first review I have written online in years, but I cannot resist. I had inquired about a 2009 BMW X3 that had just come in. Looked great online. Had a little conversation and made an appointment to drive over an hour to see it. Before heading down I asked nicely if the car was as nice as it looked online and if I would be disappointed in it in any way. The answer was "aside from a few rock nicks on the lower front cowling, you will love it!" I drive my way down there, ask for the guy I was supposed to see who was not there, got turned over to another salesperson, no problem. Then they bring out the car. it had been hit by a plow before it was traded in. Thee was damage on the front quarter, front door rear door and the rear bumper was city rashed hard. They said it will be fixed perfectly and wanted me to buy it sight unseen. To confirm when I get home, there were pictures of virtually all angles of the vehicle (which looked great) except for these areas. I should have noticed but took them at their word and made the drive. Thanks for wasting my gas and 3.5 hours of my day off. Awesome.... More

At the dealership I got continued great service from Russ who provided great info even on a non-Volvo car and was able to answer any and all questions I had. After buying my car Paul helped me handle all my financing paperwork and figure out which payment method would work best with my situation. So overall, I received great service throughout every phase of the purchasing process. Would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle give these guys a visit. More

Great Experience I just purchased a CPO XC70 from Out of State and I had fantastic experience with Myles, Ian, and Phil. My first contact was via phone with Myles and I just purchased a CPO XC70 from Out of State and I had fantastic experience with Myles, Ian, and Phil. My first contact was via phone with Myles and he was outstanding and really took the time to understand my needs and what I was looking for. Ian was the Sales Professional on site and very down to earth and "no pressure" at all. What I liked the most was he took the time to listen to me. He came through on his word on detailing and touch ups for the car. Phil was the Business Manager and closed the deal in a professional manner and again "no pressure". I can honestly say it was a pleasant experience at a car dealer!!! I had been chasing a really great XC70 for awhile and they came through. The BiG plus is that I was an out of state. I was flying in and they put the car aside for me to ensure it was available for me to come look at. Great service, great people, great dealer, great value!!! More
