He was very professional an extremely understanding what i needed since i have 2 kids and there safety is my number one priority. He brought me over to meet with the Sales Manager Armen who also was amazing and made me feel at ease with the whole process. He is the most personable, accommodating and professional and every time goes above and beyond. Over the years I've come to fully trust his advice, backed by the stellar technician team that work there. Great Dealership and great contact in Myles Trucci!!! I was looking for a 2010 Volvo S80 with low miles for my son to drive. I have one myself and wanted a safe reliable car for him as he is a new driver. I contacted Myles Trucci at Boston Volvo Village regarding a car I saw advertised on Car Gurus. Myles was very helpful though the entire process. He was professional and explained everything is a transparent manner that was fair. He said it would be fine for me to take the car to my mechanic if I wanted to have it checked out (in contrast to another dealership in CT that I called). He provided me not only a complete Carfax report but also a "RO" or repair order, showing me everything the dealership had done to the car to make it safe and reliable to drive ($1,500 worth or work including 60K service). I already knew I had a great price based on Kelly Blue Book and he made the transaction very easy. I drove up to the dealership 2 days later on a Saturday and in 10 minutes competed the necessary paperwork to buy the car. Since the RMV was closed that time of day for car registration the dealership registered the car for me the following Monday and Myles delivered the car to my doorstep (an hour away) after he had finished work. I can't say enough positive things about this dealership and about Myles in particular. I would recommend him highly to anyone who is interested in buying a new or used Volvo!! More

Andre Vieira was my salesperson, when I told him what I wanted to see he immediately looked it up and showed it to me. After we agreed on a price I spoke with the business manager who got me financed with the better rate than I could get from my bank. I was pleasantly pleased with the entire transaction. If I'm ever in the market for another car I will definitely go back and I will also recommend Boston Volvo Village to any of my friends in the market for a new or used car. Thanks More
Buying a Used Car from across the country I live in Portland, Oregon and was searching for the perfect car for our family with certain packages and options. I responded to an advertisement an I live in Portland, Oregon and was searching for the perfect car for our family with certain packages and options. I responded to an advertisement and within 5 minutes I received an email from Myles Tucci asking if I had any questions on the car. I said yes, and provided my phone number and he called me immediately. He went through everything on the cars options confirming all I had on my checklist. He proceeded to double check on a blemish I saw in one of the pictures immediately which meant he had to go to a different lot after they just had a big snow storm. I let him know that we would take the car if the blemish could be fixed and he went through the channels to see what he could do. As he had to get approval from a couple of levels he informed me it could take a day or two but he would be in touch. And that he did by keeping me in the loop as the process progressed. He then face timed me to show me the blemish had been fixed in their body shop and took me through the rest of the car and as he promised everything was great. Myles was professional and informative. I would highly recommend you giving him a call if you are looking for a car in the Boston area or are on the hunt for the Volvo that has the options you need. Thanks Myles! My first purchase was a S70 in 1998, which I kept for 12 years. in December 2009, I purchased a V70 through the Overseas Buying Process. I was very close to buying a certified used vehicle at 128 Volvo, but was extremely dissatisfied with the service department there. My decision to buy new at BVV was significantly influenced by the amazing Service Dept staff. I was treated kindly, professionally, and the BVV sales and service teams expressed their appreciation for my business. As a member of the VIP program, I was fortunate to have a loaner car delivered to me when service was required. It was then that I met Don Huggan, a long time employee. Don was consistently punctual, communicative, proactively helpful with information, and became a trusted advisor. BVV intelligently promoted Don to the Service Bay, and while I sadly no longer see Don for loaner car deliveries, I know I have a fabulous point of contact for all my service related issues and inquiries. In every interaction, Don represents the very best of BVV. He is responsive, professional, and NICE! I can't say enough positive things about how i look forward to working with Don.
