After responding to my question through the internet, she was the only one of several to respond to the question vice just “Come on in.” She was very personable, courteous and extremely helpful about the S60 I inquired about. Because of her willingness to work with me and talk with the business office we had essentially agreed to the terms before going to the dealership (which is 1.5 hours away). When we went there the next morning we were greeted at the front desk and she had arraigned for the salesman, Dave to meet us for the test drive. Dave answered all of our thoroughly and completely. Within 2 hours he had helped us complete the transaction. This was the easiest and quickest vehicle that I have purchased. I would highly recommend them and this dealership to anyone looking for a great place to deal with. More

Adam was very helpful I really appreciated when i drove by the other day just to see when i might schedule a future appt. for an ongoing issue with my car (plugged drains a I really appreciated when i drove by the other day just to see when i might schedule a future appt. for an ongoing issue with my car (plugged drains and moisture!!) instead Adam just took the car in on the spot and got started on it. He arranged for a person to drive me back to work. And he put up with me asking about a million questions about the issues with the car and patiently explained it all. This dealership consistently has better service than any other I have dealt with. I have to say that Volvo is not necessarily my favorite car brand, but the level of service from this particular dealership is really really helpful and will probably make us buy another Volvo when time comes for another car. More

I was welcomed by several people right away when I walked in, and treated well by everyone I interacted with. The showroom is well maintained with free refreshments offered- it's clear all the employees take pride in their work and this location. My salesman was Kerry Trainor (also helped by Brain, Ian, Myles and of course Brad). Again, even though I ended up going with a different car due to an option I needed, these guys could not have been more helpful and honest. They actually return calls, provide documents, and answer emails and texts promptly- unlike many other dealerships I encountered through this purchase. Moreover they LISTENED to me- to what I wanted, and what I could offer, and they tried to work with me. Every time I look for a car in the future, I will Always make sure I stop into Boston Volvo because I know they will give me straight answers, and do their best to get me in a car. But in all seriousness Adam, Steve & his team Don another good big dushbag are great: they are polite friendly, they know their cars, their parts & what needs to be done. Their customer services delivery is out of the world & you don't teach this in Bussiness school. Boston Volvo Service & Adam will not over price you & will work on parts that need to be fix. The operative word is Need. And they will recommend parts you might want to take a look at. They have great alternative transportation system in case you need a loaner. The BEST services team. I had a Mercedes S 500 & was getting service at a Mercedes delearship & my honest opinion Mercedes services delivery has a lot work to do. Especially know the population they serve. Boston Volvo service is I a different league of their own. I strongly recommend any of the 3 device technician mentioned above. More
