Excellent service from start to finish! I love my Mazda and plan on buying another in the future. The unit I had serviced on this visit was purchased in February of this year. However, that hasn't stopped them from taking great care of it as if it was. There were no appointments to meet my need for a full synthetic oil change and software upgrades. They offered a loaner and said I could just drop it off. I realize this is not new to dealers but my experience with Suntrup was that I needed to ask for this or have a coupon for a " free loaner for a day". The fact that they offered it was great. The communication was quick and to the point. I dropped it off at 7AM for an 8:AM appt. and I had a phone call by 8:30. Start to finish everything was taken care of quickly, professionally and met my convenience, not theirs. Prior to this car I had always dealt with Suntrup. Not anymore. When I dealt with Suntrup (5 vehicles purchased from them, and all of them serviced by them) the sales team were always excellent but you could plan on waiting and average of 1.5 hours for an oil change. If Bommarito's sales team is as professional and competent as their service team then they have earned a customer for my next Mazda purchase. *** Note - this is only my 2nd visit to them for service but first impressions are crucial. Read carefully it's a little bit long but worth it!!! On 8-1-16 I took my 2016 Mazda 6 touring for the oil change and I asked them to check my steering wheel because it was of. After waiting of two hours On 8-1-16 I took my 2016 Mazda 6 touring for the oil change and I asked them to check my steering wheel because it was of. After waiting of two hours they told me that my car is done and the Technician Bill G. would like to go for a ride with me to check if I'm satisfied with steering wheel. We started driving towards the highway 55, as soon as we step on the highway my check engine light went off and the exclamation mark for the tires went off and 2 seconds after my oil light went off. So Bill G. was with me and I asked him what happened should we even continue driving his response was " I don't know what happened but we should be fine"so we turn around on Buttler Hill and started driving back to the shop. He made me drive directly to the shop. I asked him is he gonna call them on the front desk and let them know what happened he told me that he is going to start working on the car and that I can go there and let them know what happened. I went back to the front and told them that I'm going to need a car because it was already 5pm. Kevin told me ok we are going to give you a car , I told them to call me back before they close to let me know what happened. I live 15 min away as soon as I walked in to the house Kevin called me back and asked me to go over few things he asked me which lights went off never mentioning the oil light and told me that Bill G. was checking the air filter and that he didn't put it back right that's why the light went off.I asked him ok what about the oil light and Kevin told me that Bill G. didn't mention the oil light. I told them that I'm going to be there in 15 min and that I want to see a general manager and Bill G. I went back to the service Kevin told me that menager is not here now and the Biil G. is gone for today. I told Kevin that I'm going to come back tomorrow because that is a fraud. So 8-2-16 I went to talk with the Service Manager Roy I don't know the last name but I will find out! He was very rude and arrogant! I asked him what happened and he told me that BillG. Didn't see the oil light. I said that's a lie the guy was sitting next me and I even pointed out on oil light. I asked him so if we put my car on the computer I should have on the record which lights were off yesterday unless somebody deleted. He told me we should be able to see. They took my car and pulled the information. Bill G. brought the paper work of course there is no record of showing the oil light. I asked Bill so what did you do on my car after we brought back. Bill told me that he was checking air filter and he didn't put back right. I asked him did you see the oil light his response was yes it was some red light on! So he just lied in front of the Manager Roy and me! Roy than asked him did you check the oil and Bill said yes and what happened he said I added a little bit! What you mean you added, you should do that in the first place. I told them I assume they forgot to put the oil in my car and that is my concern and that is so suspicious. As soon as I said that Service Manager Roy stood up and said " we are done here " and basically kicked me out! I give them a chance to resolve the problem now I'm going to go to the lawyer and press charges not just against service also against Roy and Bill for deleting the evidence from my car, let me drive with oil light on!!!! I love the car nothing bad about Mazda but people that work there service Bommarito south county very bad! If you need more information let me know I will be more than happy to provide for you. I wouldn't let them wash my car!!!! They don't deserve not even a one star!!!! More
