Excellent service from start to finish! I love my Mazda and plan on buying another in the future. The unit I had serviced on this visit was purchased in February of this year. However, that hasn't stopped them from taking great care of it as if it was. There were no appointments to meet my need for a full synthetic oil change and software upgrades. They offered a loaner and said I could just drop it off. I realize this is not new to dealers but my experience with Suntrup was that I needed to ask for this or have a coupon for a " free loaner for a day". The fact that they offered it was great. The communication was quick and to the point. I dropped it off at 7AM for an 8:AM appt. and I had a phone call by 8:30. Start to finish everything was taken care of quickly, professionally and met my convenience, not theirs. Prior to this car I had always dealt with Suntrup. Not anymore. When I dealt with Suntrup (5 vehicles purchased from them, and all of them serviced by them) the sales team were always excellent but you could plan on waiting and average of 1.5 hours for an oil change. If Bommarito's sales team is as professional and competent as their service team then they have earned a customer for my next Mazda purchase. *** Note - this is only my 2nd visit to them for service but first impressions are crucial.
