My wife was looking for a CX-9 so on lunch I ran in one day and asked about their stock. They had one that had the main requirements that we were looking for. I agreed we would come back at the end of the day and asked about their stock. They had one that had the main requirements that we were looking for. I agreed we would come back at the end of the week and he gave me a very good price on the SUV. We came back as agreed that friday around noon. My wife and I and Mark discussed the car for about 30 minutes including a discussion of all options. We took it on a 20 minute drive as we'd already driven one. Got back and agreed to buy it. Once we were back in the finance office the "Finance Manager" smelled like an ashtray and proceded to give us paperwork showing a price of a little over $1000 dollars more. It turns we had a "cash sales" price and as we elected Mazda's 0% interest deal they had to cover the buy down. We negotiated a few hundred bucks more off but we were so frazzled by dealership games that we ate the cost. Later that night we took the car out and discovered that it didn't have an option that my wife had speciffically asked if the CX-9 had (HID head lights). We called the next day and asked about our conversation with Mark where he replied that he remembered telling us that it had them and he must have been mistaken. We drove up to speak to Cory who told us we should have read the window sticker better and they could put aftermarket ones in for $2000. If it is my responsibility to check everything the salesman says and he is either a liar or incompetent, why are we using dealers. More

WOW !!! How refreshing to purchase a car for a change. I felt that had to take a minute to let your company know how happy I was that I stopped by last week. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Completely unhelpful. Decided to not get the work done because they don't deserve my patronage. Said they were too busy to talk when I dropped it off but called twice and had me come back in after I had already gotten a ride back home - even though I had made an appointment!! All I wanted was an oil change!! More

Bryan Brennan gave me an internet price on a Mazda Tribute. We weren't sure we were going to buy another vehicle, but we went in to test drive one a couple days later. Bryan was very nice and professional, knew the all details about the Tribute and took time to answer our questions. We drove one, liked it and were considering buying it but then we went back and forth on what color we wanted. He was very patient while we decided even though the dealership was getting busy. We ended up changing our color choice and he gladly filled the gas tank on another car so we could test drive the one we were considering buying. We eventually made an offer slightly below the internet price and it was accepted without any of the back and forth that you get at a lot of dealers. The buying experience was so relaxed and low key that we ended up buying the Tribute even though I was really not planning on getting one that day. If you want good buying experience, I would recommend Bryan Brennan at Bommarito Mazda. More
