He was professional and courteous. Larry called at 2:00 to let me know the car was ready. When I returned to pick up my car, Lindsey Evans checked me out. She was professional and efficient. Larry advised where my car was parked and I was off. The level of customer service provided by both service writers has always been exceptional. It is truly a pleasure doing business with these folks. More

Lindsey Evans saved the day! After calling AAA 2 different times within a week to help jump start the car for what appeared to be a dead battery, the car started when tried again. After calling AAA 2 different times within a week to help jump start the car for what appeared to be a dead battery, the car started when tried again. Even though the service department was booked with appointments, I took the car in. Being a one person, one car individual, and with several important appointments upcoming, Lindsey saw to it that I had a car to use. I had the car no more than 24 hours, but was able to keep my schedules thanks to her. Fortunately, it turned out that the fob just needed a battery. Again, thank you, Lindsey! More

Larry got us an open slot and the mechanic diagnosed our problem within an hour. While they had the car, they addressed a recall item on the rear lift door and repaired that too. Larry was great to work with, seemed to be very customer oriented. We went ahead and booked our next oil change and tire rotation for September. Couldn't have been more pleased. More

Recall visit I went to the service center for a recall notice I received. I set up an appointment and got in within a few days. The staff was friendly, professional, and very experienced. The only downside was the wait on the phone to set up the appointment. After being transferred through several people, I got hung up on accidentally. Things happen but outside of that they were very fast and even the person that was set to work on my car was very eager to get started. Before I knew it the car was fixed. They even did a check on maintenance items with cost of repairs if I choose to get them fixed through them. By no means did they make me feel obligated or hasseled to get them done right away. It was more of a heads up and why it's important to stay in top off the items listed that needed some TLC; items to keep it running longer than it already has been. Thanks!!!! More
