However, as a senior citizen in the at-risk category for Covid 19 I was disappointed to find that none of the service personnel were wearing masks or practicing social distancing. I regard this as a disregard for your customers. I will have to consider whether ever to return to Rohrman Honda and have shared my concerns with my family. More

I have always had great service at your facility. However, this weekend I was not informed prior to what my cost would be for what I thought was a “simple service”. With the hardships going on with C However, this weekend I was not informed prior to what my cost would be for what I thought was a “simple service”. With the hardships going on with COVID-19 and some members of the household being unemployed, I wouldn’t have went forth with the specific service (B123) at this time if I knew it was going to be $611. I was waiting for a call at home thinking I would receive one informing me of what was found and what the estimated cost would be. The only call I received was that my vehicle was finished. I had to ask the lady on the phone what my total even was. Like I stated above, I’ve always had excellent service and have been well informed of estimations before they have been completed. This time was extra sensitive for me though with our household financial hardships during this time. More
