Service personnel I had a little bit of a problem only when my car was done. I have been to the dealership many times so I know what to expect and had other service pe I had a little bit of a problem only when my car was done. I have been to the dealership many times so I know what to expect and had other service personnel talk to the customers when their car was done stating what was done and the checklist that was done on the car. When my service personnel came with my keys., she just dangled them in her hand and said it was ready. She did not go other the checklist and what was done. I had a problem with my phone not being able to answer hands free. I asked her if she had taken care of that (I told her about it when I checked in). She then got a salesperson to help me to get this done. He was extremely helpful on that. When I got home and looked at the checklist, I see that I need to have my brakes checked. This was a little concerning to me as I wish I had known when I was there. When I come back to the dealership and if I get the same lady, I will ask to work with another person as I don't think she understood what her job is. She may have been new but she needed to know what she was to explain to the customer. More

I vowed last year after crappy service (from a previous employee) to never return to this Service Department but I have been converted to trust and rely on them. I came in with a tire that had a screw in it that couldn’t be fixed and did not have an appointment. Not only did Rich and Jenny work to fit me in, they also searched and found that I had Driver Care on my car which lowered my total cost. I had no clue and did not know what to expect, but they both went above and beyond to help me get serviced quickly, efficiently, professionally, and most of all warmly. I am so thankful for everything they did to help me get back on the road safely and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you all for changing my mind and mood about Honda Service Center! Definitely an all around 5 star visit! More

My only negative comment is with regard to pricing... $92 seems a little bit steep for an oil change, new filter, and rotating the tires. If this charge reflects a premium for diagnostics which told me the brakes were fine, the tires, battery, and fluids fine, then I am disappointed... the vehicle only has 7800 miles on it, I would expect nothing else.
