Went for diagnostics. Scheduled and it took 2 hours long (took a peak and the service advisers were just chatting and when asked she was still putting in the notes on the invoice) for just an obd code check (took a peak and the service advisers were just chatting and when asked she was still putting in the notes on the invoice) for just an obd code check. Ask service advisor if the fuel injector was covered but said were not. Checked with a reputable Honda Dealer in Indy and confirmed the parts and labor were on extended warranty per bulletin by Honda. This is not the first time your services rated poorly. You replaced your service advisers who probably just Google their information and don't really care for after service sales or customer retention. Rest assure a survey with America Honda will come up and this same information and rating will be submitted. I will make sure of it even without a survey. Update: Rick from Bobrman Honda called as of writing and asked about how this customer received service from another Honda Dealer. At the beginning of the call Rick did not informed me that the call is being recorded. He informed this to me in the middle of the conversation when he was trying to get the dealership name I have my vehicle currently serviced at and when the discussion was getting more intense (Rick divulged in the middle of the conversation that I was being recorded and was with his Boss listening in). Legally speaking I did not gave any consent to be recorded and was recorded against my wishes. I hope that this dealership improve their customer experience. More
Absolutely horrible service experience. Purchased a used vehicle, purchased a warranty contract and they cannot even support the vehicle. I have had this vehicle at the Rohrman dealership 4-5 times. The last trip they certainly overcharged me however they will .be happy to send your vehicle to another garage. This has been the worst experience buying a used vehicle I have ever had. I utilized the preferred dealer program that I found as one of the advertised perks of my financial institution. The online staff was very helpful and even delivered the vehicle to my house 80 miles away one of the advertised perks of my financial institution. Through this process we were able to get a great deal and have subsequently recommended them to my son and he has had a similar experience. More

I felt no one wanted to answer my question . I asked about a coupon the receptionist asked the worker behind her.
