Everyone I met was very professional. The check in lady was very customer oriented! She was business like, but polite and makes a positive impression. The service was prompt and efficient. Usually very happy with your service department - however this time I was charged $130.00 to diagnose a light coming on. You supposedly cleaned the "gas cap" and cleared the codes. The light came on before this time I was charged $130.00 to diagnose a light coming on. You supposedly cleaned the "gas cap" and cleared the codes. The light came on before I got home. There was a recall on the call and they ordered the part. Come to find out that was what the problem was to begin with and I had to pay more for the part. Just disappointed that it feels like "a raquet" every time we go in for anything - even just an oil change. More
Very friendly, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, honest. The only thing that comes to mind, is at the end, after we made the purchase, it took about a week for the manager to email us the only two honest. I’m still unsure about the warranty as I don’t physically have anything in writing. Waiting before I contact them because a letter at 30 days was mentioned and I’m hoping it’s more informational. More
