Louie immediately greeted us as soon as we pulled up to the dealership. The pre-owned vehicle I was interested in was already pulled up front and ready for me to look at, which I greatly appreciated. I felt like he really took the time to listen and understand what it was I was looking for, not only in a new vehicle, but financially as well. As for Jim, he was absolutely great, no other way to put it. I truly appreciate EVERYTHING he did for me to get me exactly where I needed to be. He was extremely informative, honest, and went above and beyond in my eyes. I want to thank you both for being so patient with me! I know I was all over the place towards the end of the day. I'm so grateful for this experience and again, appreciate all you both had done for me today. I would also like to thank Angela for being so patient with me as well. I went to this dealership after discovering they had a very low mileage car that I had been searching for and decided to go for a test drive. After my test drive I knew this was the right car for me and actually ended up purchasing the car that same day and picked it up a day later. I went into the dealership looking for a 2009 Kia Rio sedan I had found on the dealership's website. I decided I didn't like the car that I originally went to look at. I felt it had too many miles on it sedan I had found on the dealership's website. I decided I didn't like the car that I originally went to look at. I felt it had too many miles on it for its age. So Louie told me about a 2008 Kia Rio hatchback that was in stock that had a lot less miles on it and didn't have a bunch of fancy features on it, which I don't really care for. Louie was very friendly throughout the whole process. He made small talk with me and my girlfriend as I test drove both cars, was extremely thoughtful and helpful, covered everything that needed to be covered, and answered all of our questions. Louie was awesome and I never felt pressured into buying something I didn't want or upgrading to something I didn't need. It's like Louie could tell exactly what I wanted and then he helped me get it. The greatest thing about Louie and his friendliness and attitude was that I felt like I was talking to a friend and not a car salesman. More

She went over all the details of the vehicle and explained fully the purchasing process.Samantha also gave me a tour of the service department including specifics on the days and hours of operation and exactly where to come when dropping off the vehicle for service. Overall a great job by Samantha. I also worked with Angela Obi and she was fantastic as well. Angela was quite a joy to work with in the financing aspect of the vehicle. She went over everything with a fine tooth comb and presented me with great options. Angela is very professional in her job and is a great asset to your company. More

We visited the dealership just to look at a vehicle. Patrick, the sales manager, had the sales agent present us with numbers which were very agreeable. We signed the sheet with the numbers on it. When in finance, we were presented with numbers we had never seen before with untreated rates 5 points higher and a payment over $150 higher than what we had agreed on. The finance manager,Angela Obi, was obviously concerned for us and immediately contacted the sales manager, Patrick. He told her he was desperate to get us to buy the car today. Angela immediately went to work for us moving numbers around to get back closer to what we were shown by Patrick. We finally agreed on a number with Angela and signed yet another contract. Angela was very diligent trying to take care of us with integrity. She was embarrassed by the whole thing. Patrick told her it was a mistake. Anyway, Angela saved the deal. We took the car home at which time Angela called and stated we had forgotten to give them the down payment. We were told when we signed the original offer in the showroom we did not have to make one. We made it clear we would not trade today if we had to make one, and were told the $3000 shown in the contract as down payment was a discount off the price of the car. We returned the car immediately and got our trade in back. We are repeat customers at Bob King, and have never been treated this way. One issue is a mistake, 2 issues is shady business. There is no excuse for this kind of underhanded business. We really wanted the car, and Patrick tried to slip the numbers on us and take advantage of us. It didn't work. Angela, Tamela and Samantha deserve better ethics from their sales managers. They were embarrassed by this. More
