i bought a used suv to get more room for me and my family. it had high miles on it but it did serve us because of the room. i asked them if it was a good vehicle a said and was insured that it was. family. it had high miles on it but it did serve us because of the room. i asked them if it was a good vehicle a said and was insured that it was. the air conditioning quick working the weekend i drove it off the lot and when i complained the general manager frankie said he would fix it. he gave me a car to drive and they kept the car i got for more room for to weeks. i told the finance company i didnt want the suv because it was taking to long to fix and they said the dealer can trade me for another car. when i told frankie he told me he couldnt trade and to make the best of it. he lied to me when he said it was checked and a good car, now it has other problems and i wont be able to make the payments and fix it. i feel lied to and cheated, if i knowed they wouldnt help me i would have bought somewhere else. once they take your money you are just another number in the bob king mitsubishi chain. frankie always was telling what a christian he is and then to cheat me like that aint very christian sounding to me with how they treated me and my wife. if you need another car dont by here they will lie and cheat you.
