This is a top notch dealership from the moment you enter the lot. All of the staff are very courteous and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. As far as sales go, this dealership wasn't much worse than any other. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with Honda for several years and their sales and service departments are the best I've ever exper than any other. I couldn't tell you the names of any of the people I have dealt with at Bob King, since no one has ever contacted me after the sale. The service department is somewhat better, but the last time I was there for an oil change I asked to have the tires rotated and the pressure checked; neither was done. They also forgot to reset the remninder light in the dashboard display. More
