Bob allowed us to explore the cars we intended to see along with share another option that we had been unaware of that met our needs. There was no high pressure or guilt trip sales involved. They were very patient with our browsing process and were able to offer us a much nicer car than we intended to buy all while staying within our designated budget. I would recommend this dealership and these sales professionals to anyone looking for a new or used car. Of course we did, ended up with a great deal and left with a smile on my face and 2014 new car with great warranty! Pete M (my salesman) was super friendly and accommodating, waiting for me at our appointment time with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. Actually, all staff members there were kind, helpful and overly geared to please me as much as possible - even down to the bank guy I dealt with in finance. I bought a car on 1/13/2014. I really had an amazing experience at Bob King Mitsubishi. I emailed ahead and although I got there at 6:25pm, Pete M., one of the sales guys was waiting for me with the car experience at Bob King Mitsubishi. I emailed ahead and although I got there at 6:25pm, Pete M., one of the sales guys was waiting for me with the car ready. During the visit Pete has has done a stellar job in presenting the car, explaining what the different steps of the process were, and answering a bunch of questions I threw at him. The entire visit was a low pressure process. I asked Pete a few times while signing paperwork, what happens if by a freak reason, my financing would not go through. He said naturally: just walk away and I will still be glad that I got to meet you. I don't like to do business with pushy salesmen as they make me nervous. Pete was the opposite of pushy, defusing any anxiety I might have felt when I pulled up. Carl Ginn, the sales manager, and Angela Obi, the finance manager I dealt with, were also outstanding guys. They have been really efficient (might have been the time pressure - around 8pm in the end), but they did their job really well. I will definitely consider buying another car from Bob King. They've got some great quality employees. More

The salesman was very friendly and no problem with the financing. It was not high pressure. The only odd thing was I did an email request a couple days before stating my interest in an Outlander and the financing. It was not high pressure. We also just had the vehicle Simonized(sp?) and the service department was great. More
