Dream Makers! We went to Bob King Kia because our neighbor told us they would give us a great deal. Tructh is, we had talked with their internet person, Josh Garcia We went to Bob King Kia because our neighbor told us they would give us a great deal. Tructh is, we had talked with their internet person, Josh Garcia, who kept in constant contact with me to get me to come in to the dealership. We had gone to another Kia dealership in Greensboro, NC that really didn't seem to be interested in selling a car. Customer service was terrible. We drove to Bob King Kia and were met by in the lot by Charley Chalres. He is a great guy and did a very good job at building a relationship with us. Charley went to get a car for us to drive and we had a great conversation with James Juarez who made us feel very much at home and communicated with us often throughout the process. Charley showed us a car that we just knew was going to be out of our price range as it is the top of the line model. My wife absolutely fell in love with it but we were very skeptical that they would meet our monthly payments needs. Charley was so confident that we would be driving that car home that he gave my wife the keys and told her to go ahead and put them in her purse. After being there for what turned out to be quite a few hours, although it seem that bad becuase we enjoyed talking with Charley, they came back with numbers that blew us away. We then sat with Johnny and walked through our payment options until we could agree on the payments. Bottom line is we drove the car my wife fell in love with off the lot that day and are still in awe of the process and friendliness of the Bob King Kia staff. More

There's a light burned out inside the vehicle and the headlights are milky and need buffing out. I don't believe they even wiped down the vehicle before we left yet we were told they were going to detail it for us right before we left. More
