Scott is the consummate professional possessing superior interpersonal communication skills anchored in sincerety and a strong knowledge of the product. His ability to anticipate and to respond to questions was impressive. The personal touch coupled with his expertise is truly a winning combination. I am so grateful that it was Scott that assisted me, a 57 year old female, in my very first purchase of a car - much less a NEW ONE! Bob King Kia in Winston Salem and the Kia company is very fortuante to have him on their staff. Furthermore, the finance manager, Don Trexler, could not have been more helpful as he worked with me to get the financial part of the tranaction completed in a "painless" and efficient manner. I went in expecting some of the typical car dealer "stuff". I walked out with the best price and best car buying experience of my life! I've owned a new car every year since 2004 not to mention many "stuff". I walked out with the best price and best car buying experience of my life! Bob King Kia beat all the other dealers close to Kannapolis,and gave us the payment and payment plan that we asked for. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We described what we wanted and these guys went great lengths to make it happen. There were a few marks on the car after I looked more closely and when I took it too t we wanted and these guys went great lengths to make it happen.
