We Didn't Come To Buy My husband and I had decided to get a new car. We started our search at Bob King Kia just to look, price and to see what they had. We were met at the door by George Welcome who asked us if we were there to see anyone in particular or could he show us around. We found George helpful and very well informed about each car he showed us. We told him what our needs were and he showed us cars that would suit our purposes. He also showed us other models and pointed out why they would not work for what we needed. We test drove a Sorento and loved it. We were offered drinks and snacks which we declined but after a while George showed up with bottled water and fresh baked cookies. We were introduced to many of the employees when George took us on a tour of the dealership. We learned about the owner and that service was very important to everyone there. Needless to say, Our experience at Bob King Kia was a good one, so good we bought the Sorento that we test drove. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Kia and we would also recommend George Welcome as the salesman to help through the buying process. More

He asked about my budget, my must haves in the vehicle, he explained pros and cons of lease vs purchase, asked for "MY" preferences and most of all, I felt very comfortable talking with him. After we found a vehicle, we went for test ride. Terry was absolutely awesome explaining features, operations of systems and special features like the app for my smart phone. In my opinion, I think Terry McCoy is a outstanding salesman. He is concerned about his customer, their needs and budget. He is not a pushing, aggressive salesman, but someone you feel completely comfortable with durning your entire transaction. More
